How long does it take to program my Housecall Pro account?
Programming your Housecall Pro account for a basic subscription is about a day. Essentials usually takes 3-5 business days to build out. Max plan subscriptions take 7 - 10 business days to build out.
Essentials and Max plans will have an onboarding discovery form we need completed in order to build your system.
Can I still use my Housecall Pro account while it is being programmed?
Yes! USA RV Pro does all the programming in the background. It will not affect your day to day operations. Launch our programming when the time is right for you.
Do you offer training?
Yes, each subscription level comes with training sessions for software onboarding. We also offer unlimited video resources that are continually being updated in the private members area.
