Software Use Refund Policy (Non-Refundable)

USA RV Pro, LLC (“Company”) provides mobile RV technician software programming, consulting, and related services (“Software” and “Services”). By purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Software and Services, you (“User”) acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

   • All payments made for the Software, consulting, customization, programming, or related Services are non-refundable.

   • This includes but is not limited to: subscription fees, setup fees, consulting charges, programming services, and training fees.

2. Non-Transferable

   • Payments are non-transferable and may not be credited toward other products, services, or subscriptions.

3. User Responsibility

   • It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that the Software and Services meet their needs prior to purchase.

   • The Company may provide demonstrations, documentation, or consultations to assist Users in making an informed decision, but once a purchase or subscription is made, no refunds will be issued.

4. Service Interruptions or Technical Issues

   • While the Company strives to maintain uninterrupted and fully functional Services, technical issues or downtime do not qualify for refunds or credits.

   • Support will be provided in accordance with the Company’s standard support policies.

5. Policy Acceptance

   • By purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Software or Services, the User confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this Non-Refundable Refund Policy.
